We had a fantastic experience with Anthony and Cool Effects. Within two weeks of giving us an estimate, he installed a Daikon ductless split system in our living room--along with an accompanying outside unit -- that is now cooling our entire first floor. His price was significantly lower than a big-name HVAC competitor in our area, in part because he discovered that our house already had enough electric capacity to support the ductless split system. (The competitor thought incorrectly that we needed to add capacity and had built that into its estimate). Anthony is also an expert installer and project manager. He stayed on top of the town inspectors to make sure they came as planned, and his work passed all their inspections. He also personally instructed us in how to use the unit, and was pleasant and helpful throughout the process. We would've given him more than 5 stars, but that's the maximum offered.
